As case-manager, David is responsible for ensuring that each member of the house has an individual care-plan that best meets their needs.
Having begun his own recovery journey at the age of 23, he especially understands the difficulties that face young people in recovery.
Garrett Griffey has been with Rally House since September, 2016. He has worked in addiction treatment and has practical knowledge of 12 step recovery and living sober.
Casey comes to us with four years of experience in the field of addictions and mental disorders. As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, with a background in “Adventure Therapy” as a Certified Challenge Course Instructor - Casey brings a special element to our home. Casey has a heart for our mission.
Having been through the process, he understands the dynamics of early recovery. Offering monthly process groups on topics like relapse prevention, family dynamics, and self-care, he helps to set Rally apart from the average. Casey hopes to be able to continue to use his skills and experience to help Rally innovate and grow in effectiveness and practicality.
Phil originally volunteered at Rally, bringing a book study to our home every week. With his experience in addiction treatment, and many years in personal recovery, he now helps provide extra support as a house manager.
